1. Training programs and courses

We offer a full refund for our paid training programs if the refund is requested within 7 days of the purchase date and the user has not completed more than 25% of the course content. To request a refund, please contact us at info@aiforuganda.org with your purchase details.

2. Data access subscriptions

Subscriptions for access to our curated datasets and APIs are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but refunds for the current billing period will not be issued.

3. Donations

Donations made to the AI for Uganda Initiative are vital to our mission and are non-refundable.
